Hashtags (#) are public labels that help categorize listings and improve discoverability across the platform. They connect your item to a broader topic, style, collectible niche, brand, or trend – making it easier for buyers to find it.
How do hashtags help sellers?
Hashtags give sellers more control over how their items are discovered. Buyers can click on any hashtag to see all listings using it.
Hashtags are visible on:
- The listing page
- Hashtag results pages
- Search & recommendation areas
- Trending hashtag sections (when applicable)
When you add relevant hashtags, your item will:
- Appear in hashtag search results
- Show up in hashtag feeds
- Be included in trending hashtags
- Reach buyers browsing specific brands, styles, or categories
Hashtags are public and visible on the listing page. Using accurate hashtags helps more buyers find your item beyond regular search.
How do I add hashtags to my listing?
When creating or editing a listing, you can add hashtags that describe your item.
Examples: #vintage, #nike, #streetwear, #ps5, #christmas, #boho_style, #cosmix_collectibles
You can add or remove hashtags at any time by editing your listing.
Tip: Add specific and relevant hashtags (brand, model, style, occasion, category). The more accurately your hashtags describe the item, the easier it is for interested buyers to discover it.
Where do hashtags appear?

Buyer can tap on any hashtag to swipe all listings using it (mobile app only).
What is hashtag swipe feature (App)?
In the app, buyers can swipe through items that belong to a specific hashtag.The goal is to help Vendora understand if an item truly belongs to that hashtag.

This helps improve the quality and accuracy of hashtag results over time.
