What is “Renew Ad” and how does it work?
Renewing gives an older ad a free visibility boost by moving it back to the top in search results and your public seller profile page – exactly as if it had just been published. The content of your ad stays the same, only its position updates.
When can I renew ads and which ads appear there?
Any ad that is older than 2 months becomes eligible. All eligible ads are grouped under My Ads → Available to renew, so you can easily see which ones are ready.
How often can I renew ads?
You can renew one ad per day. Every day, you can pick a different eligible ad from your list. Ads younger than 2 months simply won’t appear in the section yet.
What happens after I renew an ad? Will it help me sell?
Your ad jumps back to the top of search results and categories, making it more visible to buyers. This often helps get more views and interest – but photos, price, and description still play a big role in selling.
Will my favorites and messages be affected?
All ongoing buyer chats will remain accessible, and your favorites count will be preserved.
Can I still Boost or Superboost a renewed ad?
Yes. Renewing is a separate feature and always free. You can still choose to Boost or Superboost for extra exposure outside the platform and priority in our marketing campaigns.
