Return a parcel with BOX NOW

If you receive an item through BOX NOW and want to return it, the process is as follows:

Return procedure

  1. Initiate a return via the platform – select one of the available reasons (“Significantly different from description or Damage during transportation” / “No longer needed”).
  2. Wait for approval from the seller – he can accept or reject the request.
  3. Generate a return voucher :
    • If the costs are covered by the seller → the seller issues a return voucher and you receive it automatically on the platform.
    • If the costs are borne by you → you pay and issue a return voucher through the automatic process in the system.
  4. Pack the item securely and take photos/video of the product and packaging before shipping. Be sure to write the shipping number and “Vendora” on the package .
  5. Drop off the shipment at the BOX NOW machine by entering the tracking code from Vendora.
  6. Wait for the seller to receive and confirm the return – once they confirm that everything is fine with the item received, the refund will be released to you.

Who bears the transportation costs?

  • Significantly different from the description / Damage during transportation → Return costs are borne by the seller.
  • No longer necessary → Return costs are borne by you.
  • Damage during shipping → If the seller wants the product back, he covers the return costs.

Important notes

  • Keep all packaging materials until the case is resolved.
  • Act quickly – BOX NOW has deadlines for damage claims.

If you cannot reach an agreement with the seller, the case is transferred to the Vendora team for mediation.
