Search through the search bar or explore our categories to find the item you want to buy. Here you will find some useful search tips.
2. Contact the seller
If you find an item that interests you and have any questions, you can contact the seller by clicking “Ask a question” on the listing page or make your offer by clicking ‘Make an offer’.
If you want to buy more items from the same seller, you can create a package . This way, you save on shipping and can negotiate a better price. Click the ‘Create package’ button at the bottom of the ad. Alternatively, you can visit the seller’s profile and create a package by selecting the items that interest you.
3. I buy the item
Our platform, through the “Buy via Vendora” service , guarantees the safe shipping of products and the security of payments. Through this service, Vendora acts as an intermediary to safeguard both parties, preventing any fraud and malicious actions.
You can make a transaction by Shipping or Meet in person .

4. Payment method
Purchases and sales on our platform are made exclusively by electronic payment with the “Buy via Vendora” service using a debit/credit card, PayPal and Google Pay. You can find more information HERE
It is possible to deposit money into Vendora Wallet via bank transfer, so that you can use the balance from your Vendora Wallet for purchases from our platform. You can find more information HERE
5. Return of items
Our platform policies and rules are designed to create a safe and fair community for both sellers and buyers.
One of the benefits of the “Buy with Vendora” service is the ability to return the item and get a refund in case there is a problem with the item. To ensure a smooth experience and keep you informed about the next steps, we have implemented an automated returns process.
