Unpacking instructions: Protect yourself at all times

To ensure the smooth progress of the transaction and the protection of both the buyer and the seller, please observe the following when receiving and opening the product:

Upon delivery of the package

  • Carefully inspect the outer packaging. If there are any obvious signs of damage (tear, moisture, bumps, etc.) or tampering, take photos of the package before opening it.

When opening (“unboxing”)

  • Record the entire opening process on video, so you can clearly see the outer packaging, how it opens, the protective materials (e.g., foam, bubble wrap), and everything inside the box before you remove it.
Make sure the video is sharp, well-lit, and captures all critical information (e.g., labels, tracking code, any signs of damage or missing items).

After examining the object

  • Keep the video and photos after receipt, so they can be used as evidence in case you need to return or cancel the purchase.
  • If you find a problem (damage, wrong product, missing part, etc.), submit a rejection or return request, accompanying it with the video and photos as evidence.

Video recording of the opening of the package is a crucial element for dispute management, the implementation of the returns policy, as well as for claiming compensation in the event of damage that may be caused to the item during transport.

If there is no video or sufficient visual evidence, it may be difficult to confirm the damage, which may result in a delay or denial of your claim.

Please do not throw away or remove any part of the packaging and/or item until the transaction is complete.
