Other questions about my ads

Yes, individuals who sell items occasionally and not systematically, which came to them for reasons unrelated to their professional activity (such as inheritance or purchase for self-use without the intention of resale), and where the sale does not constitute a branch of professional activity, are not considered to be acting as traders for that specific sale. This interpretation is in line with Article 2, item 42, in the book by Dimitris Stamatopoulos, “Analysis and Interpretation of the KBS” (Commercial Law Code).

Where will my ad appear?

Each ad appears:

  • Category Page: Appears on the category page relevant to the item.
  • Search Results: Shows up when someone searches for ads with keywords matching your ad’s text.
  • Users Also Viewed: Featured in the “Users also viewed” field on pages of related ads.
  • Ads from the Same Seller: Displayed in the “Ads from the same seller” section
  • Homepage: Based on the date of posting and the demand for the ad, it may be showcased on the homepage.

If you do not want your ad to appear on Facebook, then send us an email at support@vendora.gr or a message on Facebook with the link of your ad, informing us accordingly.

My ad has been removed or is inactive.

For every action taken in your ad you are informed via email.
If your ad was removed, one of the following happened:

  • The ad contains an item prohibited for our page (see which items are not allowed on our page here).
  • It’s been more than 120 days since your last activity on our platform.
  • You did not make the changes we asked you to make during the quality control.

If your listing is inactive, it’s because 60 days have passed since your last activity. To republish your listings and continue selling, all you need to do is log in to Vendora. If 120 days have passed since your last activity on our platform, your ads will be permanently deleted.

How do I know if someone is interested in my ad?

When someone is interested in your listing and contacts you, you will receive a message on our platform. You will also receive a notification in the email with which you registered on our platform (e.g. Hotmail, Gmail, etc.). The message can be either a text written by the interested buyer or an offer made. You can only receive an offer if you select in the ad publication “Allow interested buyers to offer a lower price”.

Can I combine more items in one transaction?

Yes, you can. You should guide the buyer to create a package by selecting the items they are interested in from your profile.
