Your account may be temporarily banned for violating our terms of service.
Until then, your ads will remain hidden. If you have had active boost, it will be temporarily stopped for the duration of the ban.
The most common causes of a temporary ban are:
- Ongoing attempts to move the transaction off-platform (e.g. Request to transfer money to a bank account, send parcels by cash on delivery).
- Repeatedly listing items that are not allowed.
- Harassing other users.
- Bypassing the Vendora chat to use other applications (eg Viber, Messenger).
Your account will be activated automatically, and you will receive an informative email about the status of your account.
